The default bandwidth usage percentage by EIGRP is 50%, you can adjust it by issuing ip bandwidth-percent eigrp command on router’s interface.
1841-1(config)#int se0/1/0.102
1841-1(config-subif)#ip bandwidth-percent eigrp 25 80
Here I adjusted the bandwidth percentage from default 50% to 80%.
